Noire (“we”, “us”) operates noire.agency. We’re a UK-based web and software development studio. The data controller for this website is Noire.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (if supplied), and what you tell us about your project. Used only to reply to you.
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies) — anonymised page views, referrer, and basic device data via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Used to understand which content helps people and which doesn’t.
• Local storage — your cookie-consent choice (so we don’t ask you again).

Cookies

No analytics or tracking cookies are loaded until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, no third-party scripts run. You can clear your browser’s storage to reset the choice and see the banner again.

Who we share data with

With the analytics providers you accept (Google, Meta), and only as needed for the analytics they provide. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the ICO. Email us via the contact page and we’ll act within 30 days.
